This course is aimed at those who will be responsible for the installation or maintenance of sediment control devices and or the management of erosion and sediment control.

 

This course provides a level and depth of training that highlights relevant environmental legalisation, explains environmental harm caused by erosion and sediment and covers management solutions.

Training Objective & Outcomes

The objective of this training is to reinforce policy on such as environmental legislation, develop
an understanding of erosion and sediment and the effects potential environments affects and
provide comprehensive erosion and sediment management.

 

This Training Covers:

  • Relevant legislation and the environmental Duty of Care
  • Environmental Harm – Sediment and Erosion
  • Environmental Management Solutions for Erosion and Sediment Control

This is a non-accredited program. However, a “record of training” and certificates will be
provided on completion of the course.

2  Hours with no practical component

3 – 4 Hours with a practical component
